About Us
Ok, here’s the 411 on us: Ron loves tinkering and Jessica loves sales and marketing and we are both passionate about people so it just made sense to start our own company and Follow That Dream.
Good work ethic and strong hands were instilled in Ron at a young age. From minor repairs to full home renovations to roller coasters, my resume is extensive. Having spent the last 20 years working at Universal Studios and Volcano Bay, from Technician to Senior Manager, I've seen and fixed it all. From standard to creative solutions, I got you covered!
Jessica grew up in the hospitality industry, my parents owned a local bar, and I bartended while I was in college, so I know firsthand the importance of customer service and the value of creating an enjoyable customer experience. My first job after college, a small Florida start-up that grew to become a national brand is where I found my love for sales and marketing.

After a fulfilling career at the park for Ron and a successful run in the title insurance industry for Jessica, we decided to tap into our entrepreneurial energy and create a company together, with our four children, staying true to our family values and working the roles that excite us most!
Sharing this opportunity with our kiddos is such a blessing. It's why we put so much thought into our "why", our goals and our values. It's more than a business to us, it's a lifestyle.
